Once again hundreds of cyclists descend on the village to ride the scenic routes of the Haydon Hundred Cyclo Sportive. With three routes to choose from on quiet roads, entrants can enjoy spectacular views of the high Pennines. The toughest circuit, the 140km Skyrider, uses 5 of the 6 highest roads in England, and is not for the fainthearted.
